Alaina C. Kiesel

Private mentorship for the recovering control freak

Loosen
your grip.

I’m making space to work with women one-on-one around self-trust, releasing control and figuring out what actually feels right for them.

more actually living <3

Maybe this feels familiar.

A little less
second-guessing.

You keep going back and forth on a decision. Asking everyone else what they think. Or waiting until you know exactly how something will work out before you let yourself try.

Maybe you can see a pattern you keep repeating, but you’re not sure what to do differently. You’d like someone to talk it through with, without handing over the decision.

I’ve been learning to trust myself, let things be imperfect and stop treating every wrong turn like something I won’t recover from. I’m still practicing.

These are conversations I genuinely love having. So I’m making room for more of them: space to notice what’s coming up, question the assumptions keeping you stuck and work out a next step that feels like yours.

We might talk about self-trust. Relationships. Work. Money. Identity. The decision you’ve been avoiding. The pattern you can’t stop repeating. The thing you desperately want but keep trying to control your way into.

The circumstances will look different for everyone.

The thread running through all of it is learning to hear yourself more clearly, trust what you already know and actually move through your life from that place.

Private mentorship, built around you

Tell me what’s going on.

Tell me a little about what you’re navigating and the support you’re looking for.

We can connect and explore what working together could look like. No commitment, and no need to have it all figured out.
